Social Worker
To book an appointment with a Social Worker, you may call at 8:30 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday for a same-day appointment. Alternatively, you may schedule a routine appointment with the Social Worker up to two weeks in advance, from 10:00 am any day. On Thursdays, the Practice Nurse is available only for urgent medical issues.
