Treatment Room Appointments

To book an appointment with the Treatment room, you may call at 8:30 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday for an appointment. Alternatively, you may schedule a routine appointment with the Treatment in advance. Same day appointments are usually not available. Please note private appointments pre and post follow up are not the responsibility of the practice as per trust guidelines. Samples can be left outside the treatment room in the collection box. Samples are collected at 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and at 11:30am on Thursday. Please do not leave in any samples after this time. Please note a urine sample form with the patients symptoms must be completed before leaving in a urine sample. These forms are available at reception.
