If your GP puts you on any long-term repeat medication it will then be your responsibility to order your medication each month.

Fill out your contact information and required prescription. Our reception will then process your order.

To order a repeat script please contact the 24 hour script line on 02844 513859. Please leave clearly your name, date of birth, scripts you would like to order and the name of your chemist. Please note it can take up to 48 hours for scripts to be processed.
